Fiza Gujaran brings more than 25 years of human capital leadership, most recently serving as EVP of People and Culture at Day One Agency, where she partnered directly with the CEO and executive team to align talent strategy with the agency's growth goals. At Day One, she also spearheaded the agency's AI transformation strategy, built a promotion philosophy and total rewards framework, and led culture and inclusion initiatives that earned recognition from AdAge and the Diversity Action Alliance.

Prior to Day One, Gujaran spent nearly seven years at AlixPartners as Head of People for the Turnaround & Restructuring practice, where she supported threefold headcount growth, led the cultural integration of the firm's acquisition of Zolfo Cooper, and built data-driven talent and workforce analytics used across the practice's global centers of excellence. Prior to AlixPartners, Fiza spent a few years as a client facing Deloitte and KPMG, where she led large-scale people and organizational transformations for Fortune 500 clients across financial services, pharmaceuticals, and telecommunications.

Gujaran holds a Master's in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, an MBA in Organizational Development from the University of Mumbai, and a Bachelors in Accounting & Economics, also from the University of Mumbai.
